I interviewed about half a dozen realtors. I got all of the different sale pitch styles on why I should choose each realtor company. However, When I met Alex and Zach, I knew I wanted to hire them to represent the as-is sell of my home. No, they didn't show me a fancy 3D rendering website with a bunch of bells and whistles. No, they didn't give me an ipad with a marketing slideshow on why I should pick them. No, they didn't tell me how staging my house was going to sell it for the most amount of money. No, they didn't give me the lowest price. No, they didn't say only contractors who wanted to buy my home for a cheap price and flip it would be the only ones to buy it. No, they didn't have the highest numbers in sales. What they gave me was priceless and something that is hard to come by nowadays. They gave me excellent customer service with persistence, knowledge, honesty, patience, accessibility and a realistic vision. They knew the uniqueness of my home was going to make selling it a challenge, but they were up for the challenge. With Alex's realtor knowledge and Zach's tech savy skills and energy, they complement each other well and get the job done. From the beginning, they gave me realistic expectations of the process and what to expect as an outcome. They didn't sugar coat anything.
